Louise Bullivant  
Louise Bullivant admitted as a solicitor in 1988. She is a police station and Court duty solicitor.
She has specialised in criminal defence work for many years.

Gordon Johnston
Gordon Johnston was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. He too is a duty solicitor. In 2007 he achieved a Higher Court qualification and is now a Crown Court advocate.
He has a broad knowledge of criminal defence work. His practice involves a considerable amount of advocacy both in the lower Courts and the Crown Court.
He is a partner at Harters and, with Louise, supervises the criminal team.

Sean Smith
Sean Smith, Barrister, was called to the Bar in 1995. A specialist Advocate, he has extensive experience of defending clients in Crown Court Trials. His recent practice has included a number of serious fraud cases.
He joined Harters in 2009.

David Harter
David Harter, admitted as a solicitor in 1972, is a consultant specialising in representing Defendants in the Youth Court and Magistrates' Court.
He is a duty solicitor.

Angus Mathieson
Angus Mathieson was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987. He is a Consultant. He has been a Higher Court Advocate since 1991 and appears regularly in the Crown Court and lower courts.
He is a Duty Solicitor.

Michelle Pineda
Michelle Pineda is a Paralegal. She has been at Harters since its inception in 2003. She provides support to the Criminal Team.

Acala Boden
Acala Boden is an Accredited Police Station Representative. Along with Louise, Gordon, Sean, David and Angus, she provides advice and assistances to clients held in police custody.
