Family Law Team

Patricia MacAvock
Patricia MacAvock leads the family team. She has specialised in family law since qualifying in November 1984.
She deals in all aspects of family law (including complex financial matters, cases involving children and those concerning domestic violence) within the context of divorce, cohabitation disputes and the breakdown of a same sex relationship. She is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel and has trained as a

Sarah Fleminger
Sarah Fleminger is a senior solicitor who qualified in November 1993 and has specialised in Family Law since 1999. She joined our firm in November 2001.
She deals in all aspects of family law.
Sarah is a member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel and a member of the Law Society Children Panel. She  has trained as both a mediator and a collaborative lawyer.

Lina Rodriguez
Lina Rodriguez is a trainee solicitor who graduated with an LLB (hons) from UCL. She has a particular interest in family work and is a student member of Resolution. She is also a member of the Junior Lawyers Division of the Law Society. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
